The Service department is horrible. My nieces vehicle has warranty and they didn't fix the vehicle because they keep saying some code does not show. But when you start the vehicle it's obvious that it needs to be fixed . They are not honest. The engine light came on one morning. Do not purchase from this dealership. I bought a 2021 Jeep Compass and wasn't happy with it. I traded it in last year and I'm happy with my purchase and the dealership I purchased it from. Horrible service.
I had a terrible experience at this dealership. The salespeople were pushy and dishonest, trying to sell me a car that was in poor condition for an inflated price. They also tried to pressure me into purchasing unnecessary add-ons and extended warranties. The financing process was also a nightmare, with hidden fees and interest rates that were much higher than advertised. WARNING! They use manipulation to get people in with the flyers and most likely you'll go down there to receive a 5 dollar gift card. I'm a disabled veteran and the vehicle they sold me was much higher than the Kelly blue book value even after they calculated my trade in and added there so called promo. Horrible experience all together.
