My experience today at Blake Ford in Franklin VA was wonderful I would tell all my friends and some about my experience and the the service given by the person who helped us
I definitely dont recommend taking any vehicles here. We spent quite a bit (in the thousands) for some work that included fixing our A/C. Had the car for days before they looked at it. Finally we got an estimate and approved it. Well needless to say the A/C still doesn't work after they replaced the compressor, fans, flushed lines, and condenser. They now say its gonna cost another $1200.00 to fix it. Oh and we can get a "loaner" for half price???? Half PRICE.... We spent over Five THOUSAND dollars for all the work that was ... read more
If you buy a car from here, don't count on the service department to fix any issues it may have. The people are nice enough, but they have no idea what they're doing aside from inspections and oil changes. My family bought a 2024 Ford Escape back in February or March and starting about a month ago developed a very noticeable, loud grinding sound when I accelerate from stop, especially when I turn to the right.
