Everything thing went good with the service to my truck and the people were nice and friendly and service time was great
The employees are great to work with and they have a great selection of vehicles to work with. They got a life long customer.
They make alot of mistakes and the customer had to pay.
AVOID Blake Ford at all costs! They sold us a truck without disclosing over $13,000 in outstanding repair orders. We had the truck for 5 days before it shut off on us, and they had to tow it back. They "fixed" it, but the engine light came back on not long after. When my husband went back to them, they offered us a "deal" on a new truck that would put us thousands of dollars in debt… which included offering $13,000 for the truck when we bought it for $20,000.
