We broke down on the highway near the dealership on Sunday night. We chose the Local Ford dealer for help. Monday morning we got a text message giving update and their action plan. By Tuesday morning we were informed that they had found the problem and fixed it. I would recommend Blake Ford to those in the area. Bruce G.

I was very happy for the work was completed on my truck
Brought my vehicle in for a specific issue and asked for a specific service to be performed. Instead, after making an appointment for a SPECIFIC DAY, and a SPECIFIC TIME, I was blown off for a week, couldn't get a call back, and was instead recommended a $3500 service based on what the tech "read on forums." I wouldn't trust this place to change my oil, especially when they can't even return phone calls or stick to appointments.
