The building owners (Fawn and her Husband, Tim) are absolute wonderful people. They’re both always on top of it and are extremely kind people. I’ve never had any issues with anything I’ve ever needed, and the two of them make it very easy to rent. Highly recommend this location as a great place to run your business! I can not say enough good things and I would rent from them in a heartbeat again!
The building is a great old high rise in downtown with lots of history. As a resident for little over 2 yrs it has been a great venture for myself and dog. Nice park next door and everything you need are within walking distance. Owners are very flexible in working with you to accommodate your needs.
I have been renting here in the Blake Building for over 3 years. The owners Tim and Fawn are great and always respond to any concerns in the building. We are very happy to be here and enjoy being in downtown Jackson.

I've been a tenant at the Blake Building for a little under a year, and it's been great. The owners are welcoming, allowing us the freedom to paint, decorate our offices, and hang artwork and TVs. The rent is affordable, and the management is always accommodating. Highly recommend for a positive and flexible workspace in Downtown Jackson!
