Hard-working honest loving family!! I have known then for many many years and I would be thrilled to use them. I've known many other families that have used them and they are very very happy.
If I decide to build again, I will never use this builder. It promised you to finish in 6-7 months and took 19 months to finished and it was always others fault. But you see checking by your construction that days passed and no one is working on it. The worst, items that were claimed under warranty, took almost a year to be fixed. Not serious, always looking for to say "it was not mentioned or not in contract". Pete Bennett and the team at Blake building did an excellent job building our dream home. This was the first time we built and no question was a dumb question as we went through the process. The quality of the build is outstanding and some of the suggestions that Pete made in terms of energy efficiency have resulted in us having power bills that were cheaper than what we were paying in an apartment. The end result is a beautiful home that we're proud to live in with our family. We could not be happier.
