I had the pleasure of speaking with Tori it’s been about 2 weeks now and she was extremely helpful and for the 1st time in a long time I had a very good experience with property management or shall I say someone at the office. If i could give them no stars I would. Their mission statement is "Emphasizes clear, proactive, and human-centered communication with owners and renters" i was a renter and worked with katie. Not only did the home i move into have a long standing rat infestation that was not disclosed but several maintenance request were left without repair. I had a solid experience with Blake and Alder Property Management. Torrie was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. I never felt like I was bothering her, and she made sure I understood everything along the way. I appreciated her patience and professionalism. Would definitely recommend.
Be careful about applying for a unit without calling first. I applied for a unit online and paid the application fee. There was no disclaimer on the site that they were already processing an application or that they process applications concurrently. When I found out the unit already had an applicant, I spoke to John on March 18th on the phone and he said my application fee would be refunded. Lived at a B&A unit for almost 2 years now and I will say that they are one of the best property mgmts I've dealt with to date. They always answer the phone and if they don't, they return your call pretty quickly. They've been nothing but nice and respectful. I have no complaints whatsoever. Also their rent prices are fairly affordable considering the area. Highly recommend. I would rent from them again if i wasnt moving out of state
