They never got back to me refuse to Service me
We have service contracts with Blaka Cool We are very happy with their service. We tried them with one store first. After looking at the quality of their service we have given them four more.stores. As and when the contracts with other companies end we will go with Blaka. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and polite, Manish always responds to our calls and makes sure that the problem is addressed right away We are very satisfied with their service and will recommend them to other 7-11 Franchises
Horrible service by the company. Created more problems and resulted in breaker damage in the house which is now additional expense. Would never recommend this company to anyone. And ofc this business will not take any responsibility for damage and money is already given to them. Waste of effort and money with this company!
Service was fine in the sense issue was fixed not doubting that. Price at the end of service was obnoxious and ofc the game that always plays in the end that “I’ll have my technician take out all the parts he installed and leave, you don’t have to pay him any money”. Visit charge was shared $125 but no one called or mentioned once problem was identified that how much it will costs to fix the issue before fixing the issue.
