It all started when I saw Allie Nova for massages when she operated out of her home, but it only improved when she opened shop on Merrimon. I always book a massage with Allie on our trips to Asheville 2 or 3 times yearly. This weekend, couldn't see Allie but my appointment with Ayana Shea was just as wonderful. Perfect pressure and great vibes throughout the whole house. Best massage in Asheville.

I was given a gift certificate for a prenatal massage and the lovely Korine was my therapist. At 7 months pregnant and a little wary of massage I wasn't sure what to expect. She was incredibly friendly, informative, and comforting throughout the entire process. It was a much needed pre baby break and probably the best massage I have ever had. Would definitely recommend.
I rarely take the time to write reviews but Blazing Lotus has earned it. I was reading about a new type of Sauna in the Wall Street Journal this morning and googled Far Infrared Sauna in Asheville to find them. I was delighted with the professionalism, good nature, and funkiness of Blazing Lotus. While the exterior looks like a throwback to Woodstock ( not a bad thing !) the experience was wonderful. I'll be a regular client!

My experience at blazing Lotus was wonderful. Everyone there was very friendly and made every effort to make me as comfortable as possible. T.J provided me with an excellent massage and it was evident that he is very skilled in a healing touch. The use of hot stones/towls and aroma therapy just enhanced my experience. I would definately recommend them.
