Terrible staff. They need to be replaced. If you don't have manners, don't work the reception. Disgusting.
Happy and grateful I was depressed and going nowhere except down when I met Dr. Wolfrum. He turned my life around and now I feel great again. He got me off of drugs that had been bringing me down and taught me to feel confident about myself. He is a great doctor and a warm and caring person. I sent my friends there too and now we are all doing well and enjoy life more than before.
It's all about money for these providers, not your mental health or well being. Ghetto. Please, do your research. Kenneth Young is down the street and there are highly skilled, truly professional providers in Arlington Heights.
Live Saver At the onset, I was deeply depressed and thinking about suicide. I had a good job, but that wasn't enough. I was a young attractive single guy, totally unable to get any ladies to go out me even once. Here I was a guy in his late twenties with no social skills whatsoever and feeling very gloomy about just about everything. Dr Wolfrum has helped me greatly. I see a light at the end of the tunnel now and it's a bright light.
Treated My Daughter Great My 17 year old daughter has been undergoing therapy with Dr. Wolfrum now for two years. I am very pleased with the results. When she first started seeing him, she was ready to drop out of high school and had drug issues too. Now she plans on attending college next year and no longer does drugs. We plan on having her receive therapy for just a little while longer. Parking at the Des Plaines location is always excellent and we rarely have to wait for more than 30 minutes. Avoid I have had one experience with BHCA in which I was attempting to deal with severe depression and thoughts of suicide. While my comments could be slightly tainted by my condition, I experienced the worst interaction with a doctor in my middle aged life. I spent nearly 30 minutes with an Advanced Practice Nurse that listened to my situation and took notes. It was a reasonable interview and touched upon the issues I wanted to address. Grateful Sam H. I was really hurting bad and he was the only one who gave me the help I needed. He is the best of the other docs I had seen before. He helped be end my cycle of addiction to drugs and alcohol. He knows about special detox techniques that set him apart from what most doctors don't have any experience with. He does. I trust him with my life because he gave me mine back.
This doctor says he specializes in addiction care, but with such a high volume of patients his philosophy seems to be "more meds you're cured" I started out with addiction/ depression and on one medication, after three suicide attempts and 10 (yes that's ten) medications later I had interactions, psychotic episodes (from the meds interacting) as well as three hospital stays.
