We engaged Blaise to do a passivhaus report (guiding the selection of materials to suit our location and climate), framing, and passivehaus elements to our home. This ended in a blower door test to assure targets were met. Our desired goal was to create a home with passivhaus principles (not certified passivhaus) and we agreed on a target of under 2.0 ACH50.
