We knew what we wanted and Anthony & Russell got it for us. They worked with our limited schedule, having the vehicle waiting for our test drive and taking us efficiently through the paperwork when we popped on our new Subie. Last timeI go to blaise Subaru for service. I had a scheduled appt for 11:00. I checked in service dept at 10:45 and received a text 10:48 telling me I was here. I was there for a simple oil change. I received a text at 12:28 telling me the car was finished. That was just short of 2 hours sitting time for an oil change . I drive over an hour to get there. I just bought a 2025 subaru hybrid forester from Wyoming Valley Subaru. I bought a new 2018 subaru forester from this Alexander Subaru. Everything went well however we took the 2018 in for an oil change with a 1 pm appointment on 7/19/2023. after an hour I notice my car was not brought in yet. I was toId by a female that no one came back from lunch yet. About 3pm I went and asked what was taking so long.
