I must say that this was my best new car buying experience to date! The sales person Kristopher was very knowledgeable and personable! He explained everything in detail and listened to what I wanted! Highly recommended this dealership for a new Nissan vehicle!
Called last week because of an ongoing issue with my wife’s vehicle. Asked for a callback and leave my info. It’s Tuesday now and still nothing. I bet if I had left a message saying I wanted to buy something I’d get a callback. Just like ALL dealers, once you’re out the door they don’t care. Not happy with these guys at all and you shouldn’t either. They are too comfortable ignoring the very people who keep them in business. Do better and follow up with your customers if you want repeat business.
Would not recommend Blaise Alexander Nissan at all. We had our car there for "FREE" inspection. Which turned out wrong in so many ways. They failed the inspection because they said both struts was rusted and the springs was broke. We have only had this car 1 year. We decided to get a second opinion and took it to a reputable garage. They put it up on the lift and checked both sides, even double checked and both struts was fine, no springs were broken. We saved over $1000 dollars by getting a second opinion. Appreciated the hard work of Tyler Cook and James Clark to put together a deal on a used 2025 Toyota Tacoma.
