Service is bad. never got a free car wash or oil change. They charge me for inspection sticker and was suppose to be free. Went there last week service was closed. Need a new battery in my key fob and check end light is on. Now I have to drive to Wilkes Barre to another dealer and hopefully they will help me out because I didn't buy the car there. Also a friend recommended me and they never gave him $ 100.00. Never will buy another car from any of their dealerships.

I purchased a new 2019 Mazda 3 and I had a great experience buying a car here. The whole staff was very nice and welcoming. I mostly dealt with Casey and Brandon, who were both friendly and knowledgeable. They weren't pushy either which was nice. I get free inspections and my first and fifth oil changes will be free, so I get some nice perks. I'll definitely come back to this dealership if I decide to get a new Mazda again.
My fiance took her car to their mazda dealer for a warranty repair for her transfer case on her cx9. After being berated by their service manager and service director they "fixed" the car. 10 days after the repair 3 of the 4 bolts holding the driveshaft to the case went missing they were never tightened the final bolt snapped and the front end locked up and the car went off the side of the road.
