Good afternoon, I am please to review the Andy Mohr service department and especially Shawn Deckard. I've been buying Honda since about 2001 (Accord, Ridgeline, CRV, Civic (lease), CRV, Pilot). All were new except the Civic. I like the quality of the cars, but the main reason is their service department. I would highly recommend this business the staff is so friendly and professional. Jeff Scott went above and beyond to make sure I that everything was just right. He took his time and went over everything with me and made sure that I was happy with the Hyundai that I bought.
