I bought a used f150 from them with all sorts of issues before they made repairs prior to purchase. Went through with sale and found more issues that weren’t addressed to say the least. After staying in touch on numerous occasions Joel actually helped make it right. Just make sure you review all options and have some basic knowledge on industry standards before using their service department.
Purchased a new truck, that went ok. Called for my first oil change and told two weeks out for service. (Unexpected) Called in the following day after having a window bounce back issue. The drivers window would automatically roll halfway down. Friendly, professional, and thorough. I've been a customer since 2020 when I purchased my new F150. 104,000 miles later, I'm still with Blaise Alexander and very satisfied with them as well as Ford. 6/30/25, 109,000 and still going well. Just had service done at Blaise Alexander and completely satisfied.
The experience was terrible wanted to trade in a vehicle for another and they offered $6,000 less than what it's worth and didn't help me try to get a new vehicle and will never try to buy another vehicle from here have tried 3 different times and they can never help get a vehicle
