Traded in my 2020 ram rebel for a 2023 challenger. Alexander told me they paid off the rebel, they didn't. I got stuck with a$ 12,000.00 payment due on the rebel ! They gave me the double talk run around. I got screwed!

Bought a used Jeep Cherokee last October. Had a recall for the start/stop system which they "fixed". It was not fixed and I reported it back to them. I told the Jeep in again and told them it is shifting hard, they checked it and stated that the transmission was bad. This was on August 1st. I was told they would make the necessary arrangements to get it fixed since I spent a lot of money the extended coverage plan. Never ever buy a used vehicle from this place. 1st week of owning my f150 the battery was dead and the battery was from 2016 which is the factory battery. Brakes where squealing. Took it back to them they replaced battery & rear brakes. And sat there from 10:15am until almost 3pm. And this place is 2 hours away from my location. So wasted my whole day there. Your salesman emails me a YEAR after buying looking for leads. Worst dealer experience since I've been buying cars for over 40 years and the worst treatment and conduct by the GM Rob Delbo. Wasted over 2 hours of my time. Had my own financing and asked me to finance at a higher rate and then go back to mine. Then expected me to pay over $2k for addons because he's selling at a loss.
