From start to finish, I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and the employees that work there. I found the perfect used vehicle for me, but was hesitant due to the fact that I was from Connecticut and this vehicle was in Pennsylvania. Very poor communication with this dealership to customers. Had my eyes on a jeep gladiator and was referred to speak to Zack Johnson. At first communication was going well, he delivered the sales agreement and I went through the process of getting a check in hopes to come purchase this jeep on a Friday with an appointment mind you. Come Friday, check in hand, took PTO so I could leave and make it down in time for my confirmed appointment. I get a text at 2:30 something that the “jeep sold, I tried everything I could”. Had my promaster van give me the dreaded Service DEF in 200 mile warning and they was able to get me in next day and after finding a laundry list of things it needed fixed got me on my way. All stuff I knew it needed but when your van is your money maker it's easy to put off on fixing things. Picked up my van and drove it to Nebraska. Smooth trip! Thanks for all the hard work!
