I recently purchased a 2025 3500 High Country 90+k truck. I was told when I purchased the truck that first service was free oil change and rotate tires. When I went for my service I was told that you don't rotate dually tires for free. It would cost an additional $100 for the tire rotation. I advised them i would do it my self for $100. 1st. I was told at purchase it was included. So if that is policy then you need to inform sales force. 2nd I spent 90 +k on a vehicle and you can't give me an extra 20 minutes of time to rota... read more
