I usually don't write reviews but after my amazing experience I knew I just had to. This is the first time I've bought a vehicle without seeing it first or even test driving it. Charolette was amazing at getting me all the information and pictures I needed to feel confident in what I was buying. She texted me and kept me updated through the whole process. I've never gave a review before, and I have bought alot cars. This place by far has been the best dealership I ever dealt with. From Morgan who was so pleasant and helpful and sent me to Michelle who bent over backwards to get me the car of my dreams. Lastly Pat who was able to get my car payment within my budget. Just an awesome experience!
My 2105 Buick Encore is in for a second engine rebuild in less than 3 months. Must have been a faulty part they said. I got a loaner that would shake when you turned it off so I returned it and got another car that had absolutely no gas in it and they tried to blame the person that had it before me. This place is horrible 0 stars if I could. I had my 18 month old baby and my girlfriend in the car with me and was lucky enough to even make it to a gas station. Absolutely ridiculous and I do not recommend.
Back in October we took our GMC Terrain in for an issue with the transmission skipping, a code came up on my car that prompted the service. The car was still under warranty at this time. They claimed that nothing was wrong and there was no past history of the code. Fast forward to February, when I get a call to see how my service was.. Hands down best purchase experience ever! I was undecided as to what exactly I was looking for in my next purchase (other than price) and after having terrible and lengthy high pressure experiences at two other dealerships (with minimal test driving), my husband and I stopped in here without high expectations and were pleasantly proved very wrong.
