I wonder what happened to this building. The interior is total 80's and st night you can see the lobby lights and a 2 condos lights on.

Neighborhood is covered in trash and broken glass from this seemingly abandoned building. Whoever cuts the grass just moves over tons of plastic and garbage, tearing it to shreds and making even more of a mess. Absolutely disgusting place. Sad because it could be a nice building.
