Not only does she allow sexual assault to take place on the property, but she covers it up! Deanna Todd is an incompetent property manager. The owner of the property lives in Maryland. They pay the housing authority to manage this location. Our loved one was here for 3 months and was forced to move after sexual assault, seeing drug use on porches, screaming and horrible behavior. A neighbor last year found needles in the playground. Maintenance man & landlord have both came in my house & started arguments & were very argumentive. Maintenance man even stormed out of our apartment once because he was upset about me stating that I have complained about our apartment for months for nothing to get done & want him to do his job, guess that upset him.
