A neighbor last year found needles in the playground. Maintenance man & landlord have both came in my house & started arguments & were very argumentive. Maintenance man even stormed out of our apartment once because he was upset about me stating that I have complained about our apartment for months for nothing to get done & want him to do his job, guess that upset him.
