Poor customer service. They treat their people very unkindly and talk to one in a rude and condescending way. One cannot have a civilized discussion about the jewelry that was taken to be repaired without them becoming uncivilized and aggressive towards the customer. I feel traumatized by my encounter with them and will never step foot in that jewelry store again. They treat one with the utmost disrespect.
