Was super excited the place was secure and looked nice but in the end they have some weird things. Ultimately, there are other much better options in the area and this one should be avoided.
You can usually talk to the manager, it's so nice to talk to a real person. It's hard to find a human instead of a recorded voice recorder.
Great locally owned and operated storage facility that will make sure you are treated right!
My rental experience was 5 Stars. The unit was clean and I felt my belongings were fully secure. Access was easy to my unit and any support needed was provided timely.
The most incredible service I’ve ever have had. You get to speak with a wonderful human. Clean and easy access. No price gouging like the units off of Mount Vernon Rd. Very responsive to questions. There out of Cedar Rapids instead Texas and return your call promptly!!!!!! Rod O
