DiISHONEST! LATE! UNPROFESSIONAL! SLOPPY WORK! This guy was recommended to me by the realtor who is selling a home for us. Unlike the whopping 8 5-star reviews, my experience was awful. He provided the initial estimate based upon removal of about 10 ft by 10 ft of the ceiling to locate a leak with the cost of repair to be added once it was identified.
