I will never in my life come here again. First, I went in to make sure I could get quarters for the machines. I very politely asked the lady if she could give me change, and she said no, they don't do that. Confused, I went back out to my car. Being in a time crunch, I went back in to ask where I could quickly get quarters, and watched her hand quarters to an older lady. I have went here multiple times. For dry cleaning, and sizing. Everytime I am very happy with the work that is done here! I will continue to be a returning customer, and recommended it to others.
Had my coat cleaned there and when I picked it up it was dirtier than when I took it in. When I took in back a within the same hour I picked it up the manager said all they could do is re clean it and if I didn't like it then they could talk to the owner about a store credit. It also looked like they washed it in a normal washing machine. Staff was rude. I will never go back there again. Waste of money to have my coat ruined.
Didn't tell me needed to use coupon when I dropped off items.
Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I drop off my items and leave specific instructions not to crease pants. Third time in a row that I’ve had to call and have them redo my items because of them not following directions. I’m spending $100-120 a month at this location for my items to not be done right. I’m not sure what the disconnect is, but something needs to be done. These are $90 chino pants and do not need to be creased.
