Blair's Air Conditioning & Heating. I called in June 2024 to place a service call. I received two call backs within a 3 week period that I had to be rescheduled because they were down techs so my appointments had to be rescheduled twice. On 7/5/24 I was scheduled for a "regular" maintenance to my AC unit which had been working fine before the tech arrived at 12pm. When the technician finished his evaluation of your system, the only issue he found at that time was a weak capacitor. The transformer was working to specs at that time. The likely cause of the transformer failure was probably the electrical storms weve been having repeatedly every week. If you would like to discuss this further, please call the office.
Ive been a client of Blairs for nearly 20 years. They are simply the best! I called ***** early this mornings and **** was able to schedule a tech to come out later in the day. ***************** came to the house and was able to quickly assess the situation. He was absolutely fantastic! Parts are ordered and will be installed soon, exceeding our expectations. I also want to add a shout out to *******************.
