The clinic is always late and run poorly. What is the point of an appointment when walking are taken and pushed through while appointments wait 1 hr plus past appointment time. This is not a minor emergency but a general clinic. Walk ins should be fit in around scheduled appointments. I left work early for an appointment as it was the only time and then waited well past my end of day to even leave waiting room. And this happens regularly. Front desk are the rudest people. I'm in pain due to pregnancy and they made little jokes in their own language and then laughed in my face and told me to sit down. Told the guy in front of me it will be an hour wait but couldn't tell me anything. Dr Uzoho is quick to medicate without fully listening to all symptoms. I definitely don't feel heard or cared for. One time he went on a rant about wasting money and tried to tell me how to budget. I didn't mention anything about my finances. Very unprofessional.

I need to wait every time at least 1 hour or more. I was never seen with in 1/2 an hour. It is frustration.
Every. Single. Time. It never fails. I book an appointment and I'm never seen on time, or within 20 mins. Even when i arrive more than 30 mins early to make sure they know i am on time. Dr doesnt like being stood up by appointments? Well i dont appreciate my time being wasted. I get being 20 mins behind but when i have been sat there for an hour before having vitals checked, that's telling me my time is unimportant. And that is not right. AT. ALL.
