Nice location, not friendly manager, not safe for your car, stolen tires and scooter, gated never closed, abuse the computer system to charge late fee or other fee without any staff to tell you. Request over 6 times maintenance because everything are old. Able to hearing neighbors snoring.
YAY – Always friendly. Response time = great. Pleasant experience.
Responsive – I was having problems with my a/c and the Assistant Manager had the Maintenance people on the job right away. She followed up to make sure I was happy with the repair.
