I so appreciate the polite, efficient service I have received from Blairco over the years. Their service man Will was just here to do my annual maintenance on the furnace and as always did a great job of explaining the work etc. Thank you Will and Blairco.

Gene N. did preventative maintenance on my furnace and did an excellent job explaining to me some of the functionality of the furnace that I did not know. He also found two holes that needed to be covered that were causing more dust than I should have had come into my home. I appreciate him going the extra mile. When I first called Blairco on Monday morning, I was greeted by a young sounding voice who said I could probably get service for my AC by Wed, but she would call me back after contacting her service providers with an exact time. 4 hrs past and I hadn't heard from her yet so I called Blairco back where I was met by a very unfriendly, somewhat aggressive secretary who informed me there were no opening on Weds on;y Friday morning. Blairco service technician Kurt Wood came to us 22 Sept 2020 to carry out a pre-winter PM on our gas furnace. In the process, and strictly aside, he discovered and fixed a gas leak in our cook top. That's service above and beyond. Thank You, Rich Hooper
