These people do not care about you. First filling needing novacane ever. Told them I was super anxious and asked if I could have a double dose of novacane in one shot. They just said they would do what they needed to do. When I was expecting one shot, maybe with a double dose since they were unclear; they gave me THREE shots without telling me that they were starting or what the shots were. Dr. Joel Sardzinski has been my family’s dentist for over 20 years. He is professional and kind. My husband greatly disliked going to the dentist because he never felt numb enough. Dr. Sardzinski listened to his concerns and took them very seriously. He checks and rechecks to ensure my husband is numb before every procedure and my husband no longer has an issue with going to the dentist.
