I HAVE ALWAYS LOVE THOSE APARTMENT I WAS LIVING THERE WHEN I HAD MY LAST BABY BACK IN 1970 AND I HAVE ALWAYS LIKED THEM JUST WISH I HAD THE MONEY TO RENT THERE NOW AND BLAIR RD HAS GROWN UP REALLY WELL IT'S BEAUTIFUL OUT THERE NOW
Too much for a small apartment.
Just moved from Cali and needed something available right away which they had a unit ready for move in. Paid the app fee, she ran my credit, and got a denial email with no explanation.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This property is taking people's $30 app fee, running your credit just to deny you with NO REASON GIVEN! Not only has it happened to me but my friend applied and got denied too! I made sure to call prior to applying and spoke to Janelle to go over the required qualifications and didnt see any concerns.
