I had 4 men on ladders at my home in Essex on 7/21/26 at 6:00AM this morning - fixing siding and painting. I come from a construction family with my own LLC, and THOROUGHLY know that residential work can not start before 8am on weekends days. The men on the ladders paid me no mind - and said “boss said 630”. Baltimore Police were called for noise complaint. I do have a timestamped picture for any person who may care.
