I currently am living at Blair mill Villege East been here for 4+ years. I have been needing repair done in my apartment since may- June of 2020 I called maintenance on several occasions at first I was told that because of covid they was short of staff called back in august Of 2020 was told that they would send someone out to do my repairs once again no one showed it’s now January 2021 and still no maintenance I have been calling all morning but even the emergency number no one is picking up or calling I called the office an... read more
Waiting almost two weeks for maintainence to repair my sink.... during a pandemic. They randomly turn your hot water off for days at a time. You really get what you pay for!!

I like it here, no trouble, no one bothers you. Quiet life.
Clean Grounds, polite staff and, when needed, responsive maintenance.
The place is trash. Maintenance there will make your stay a nightmare because they never show up, or never able to solve the problem.
