They ordered flooring to match existing in our house that we previously purchased here. They ordered too much and then would not allow us to return it when we had leftover cases.
We purchased laminAte wood flooring for our new house and since we have two dogs we wanted something that would last and not get scratched. He specifically told us that our dogs nails would wear out before they would scratch the floor and a week after we installed it it was scratched all over. I called and talked to the owner and he denied saying that the floor would not scratch and would not do anything to help us!
