Great building, clean, well managed and on an ideal location. Pleasantly walking distance from the center of Morristown, steps away from a premium market and a drugstore, and just several seconds driving to the highway. The available parking is the cherry on the top. New tenants are even luckier, as every apartment seems to be renovated and modernized before being offered again. Blair House feels like a community, not just an apartment. The Building Manager is always available and immediately responsive to any issues.
I adore my studio apartment. This is a great place to live. Genesis Martinez the Regional Leasing Manager went above and beyond in her pursuit to make me feel at home and see to it the place was ready for me as advertised on move in day. Id strongly recommend both her and Hamilton Court/Blair House apartments.
We've been at Hamilton Court/Blair House for a few months now, and our experience has been wonderful! From the very beginning, Genesis was warm, welcoming, and made sure all of our questions were answered. The building is quiet, peaceful, clean, and full of character. Happy to call this place our new home!
