My husband and I moved to the stately Blair House four weeks ago, and couldn’t be happier! It was wonderful that we could see the apartment before the tenant moved out, a great feature of Blair House. The staff is very attentive, and responses quickly to any concern. I moved to Blair House almost a year ago. I waited for the apartment I wanted and so glad I did. I love my apartment! Rooms are large, lots of closets, and having outdoor space is exactly what I wanted. Genesis, Arben, Miguel, Elvis are all so good at what they do and make living here such a pleasant experience. The building is always well maintained and any questions are always addressed quickly. It’s a great location and I’m very happy. I love it here.
Great building, clean, well managed and on an ideal location. Pleasantly walking distance from the center of Morristown, steps away from a premium market and a drugstore, and just several seconds driving to the highway. The available parking is the cherry on the top. New tenants are even luckier, as every apartment seems to be renovated and modernized before being offered again. Blair House feels like a community, not just an apartment. The Building Manager is always available and immediately responsive to any issues.
I adore my studio apartment. This is a great place to live. Genesis Martinez the Regional Leasing Manager went above and beyond in her pursuit to make me feel at home and see to it the place was ready for me as advertised on move in day. Id strongly recommend both her and Hamilton Court/Blair House apartments.
