This was my first visit ... Meet and greet for an upcoming colonoscopy. The staff was super efficient. I got in in no time. The only difficulty I experienced was with the PA I met, Katie. She seemed to be in too much of a hurry. Made me feel like I was in an assembly line. I also wished I could have actually met the doctor who will be doing my procedure.
Had me come in to say we've seen you before and still lost so there's nothing we can do, but let's ask for blood work, just as my primary care physician takes care of, so we can charge you for a full office visit. Luckily I go to the UPMC gastro in pitt, 3 hours away but they look after you.
