They are awful. Just awful For one, too many patients and you have to wait forever to be seen.
Went there for answers, had a colonoscopy done was told everything was fine only a few polyps. Fast forward to me being admitted in the hospital with diverticulitis. At my follow up I told them I just had a colonoscopy, my dr replies with “yes I see here they found you have diverticulosis”. That was news to me seeing how Blair never told me that. They take good care of you
Terrible customer service. 45 minute wait just to speak to a nurse in the office. Can’t get ahold of anybody in the medical records department. One of the worst doctor offices in this city.
My favorite Doctor is Dr. Kerstetter...He is a very caring, honest and likable doctor...When I have a problem, he listens and tries his best to figure out and solve what my illness is that is bothering me!!!

This place is wonderful.. Everyone there was so helpful to us and Dr. Patel gave my very sick husband, a feeling of hope that has been gone for so long. We are so blessed to have found this brillliant doctor and know he really, sincerely cares about his patients. THANK YOU!
