I bought my first house in October 2025. In January 2026 I had a pipe burst in my living room. I’m forever grateful a friend of mine recommended Blair Construction. Marty came out and found a lot of damage from a previous lack of maintenance on the house. What I was hoping was a small drywall repair turned into rotted studs in the exterior wall.
