Had a wonderful experience in the tire department at farm and fleet! Hunter serviced my car by installing new tire rods and noticed a bigger issue with my car! Super professional from start to finish. After explaining the issue to me a gentleman named Santana went into more detail and even called my warranty company to explain it to them! Would 1000% recommend them over any other shops.
Fantastic customer service, managed to save a lot of money on 4 new tires on an Audi A4. My wife was up and running within 30 minutes after she'd suffered a flat in the neighborhood and having gotten myself in a situation having dropped the oil filler cap into the engine bay Farm and Fleet saved the day General manager Santana is always a pleasure to deal with.
The store is awesome. The "mechanic shop" is not. If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my van to get tires put on, and an alignment. They called in the store within 30 minutes of dropping it off and said that they couldn't do the work because of a bunch of stuff that needed fixed first. All in all, they quoted almost $1700 in repairs before they would put tires on. Took it to my regular mechanic shop and none of the replacements they said needed to be done were necessary.
