Had a flat tire as I was passing near blains farm and fleet automotive. They were no help. They told me they wouldn't be able to even look at it for to days. I explained that I was just passing through. They didn't care. I hope people show them the same compassion if they ever have a break down
They do a good job but they keep most of the tires behind a big wall so you can't huff their delicious fumes.
Lied on the phone about my car being done and then REFUSED to release my car without replacing all four tires when only two need done. Once I got them to agree to only two tires, they proceeded to tell me that they actually DIDN’T change tires, which I had to argue with them about as I was told this morning on the phone they had tires for my car. Didn’t think I’d have to negotiate a hostage situation for my vehicle to get two tires. Still having to wait to get tires done because “everyone’s at lunch”.
