Had a flat tire on boat trailer. Got a spare on the rim from here. They sold us a brand new flat tire! And that was after waiting to be served at the tire desk, not an employee in sight! Will not recommend this store and will not be back.

RecommendedThere are a few of the associates that continually go above and beyond to help their customers. I do occasionally get frustrated with the stocking levels of items sometimes and having to wait for them to find them can be a little annoying but overall my shopping experience is always good.

Have the things in stock when that have a sale. The Monroe store has to be the worst store of them all. They are always out of stock on most things. Went there today for a kerosene heater that was on sale got told they’re not stocking them for the season anymore but I could special order one if you’re going to have a sale you should have them on hand I’m going to special order one I could just do it From Amazon and have it shipped right to my house I want to brick-and-mortar stores are closing
Kudos for the Veteran's parking space. I have never had a negative experience at the Monroe Farm & Fleet. Polite, knowledgeable staff.
Leaving potential customers on hold for several minutes is not cool. Lost my business today because of it.
Worst experience ever in automotive department, I've heard stories before but this proved those stories to be true...no oil change should take 2.5 hours when I had an appointment not to mention all the other issues I had with them and nothing was done for me for my time... Never had any problems with the rest of the store.
