CAUTION... Do not use this company if you want work done correctly the first time. As of the date of this review, it has been over TWO + months since I have asked them to come back to correct their terrible mistakes. After installation, there was damage that they should have repaired immediately. After calling, writing them, texting, scheduling errors, etc etc, they have YET to rectify their mistakes. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I needed 2 window tracks repaired (because they are designed to fail and then be replaced) and we are now 9 months into the process and still not done. Go elsewhere and save yourself time and money!! They never bring the right parts, right equipment, and it took them months to just order the supplies. The install also had to be spread out over a couple of weeks and they caused a lot of damage to the window frames and walls. The damages have not been properly fixed ... read more

Initial appointment to provide estimate was very good. Estimator said less expensive to replace window than to replace 5 pieces of glass with broken seals in existing window. He said expect estimates in 10 days. Had to call 5 times to obtain the estimates. Ultimately, replacement of window was more than double the price of replacing broken seals, in contrast to estimator’s remarks. New window-$7700!
