Had a door that wouldn’t close enough to let the auto lock fully engage. Kevin came out and within ten minutes reset it properly!
Hi All, I'm not sure why there's bad reviews on here. My experience is good. There's some friction if you have unique questions between getting the answer from the technicians but if you ask the phone operators, they will convey the questions and answers for you. They came out measured and assessed. I asked some questions and clarified the estimate. Eventually, I paid the down payment. After awhile I called to schedule the work. They've twice done a great job replacing damaged window screens for us!
The window repair crew who showed up at our house today to fix our windows ((Fausto, Jake) were excellent. They were courteous and respectful, and they did an outstanding job. Had it not been for what followed, I would have given Blane a 5 star review for today’s repair work. As it turned out, Blane tried to overcharge us by an amount equivalent to 10% or more of the contract amount. Guy came out to evaluate windows. Reeked of smoke. Told me $65 for estimate. I told him no one mentioned it to me when I made appt. He said "Box is checked that you were told.". I was not told beforehand. I don't do business with dishonest people.
