I went in to have all four tires replaced. During my service it was discovered that one of my wheels had a slight bend on one of the lips. While this did not affect their ability to balance my tire, the mechanics here made a point to let me know. Professional and personable, I was very pleased with the quality of service and the time it took. A fraction of the time I’ve ever spent waiting for my tires.
My daughter, who's a student a UM and Wisconsin native had a nail in her tire. We took a stab at this place at random. BINGO! They got her right in and gave her their number and told her to call anytime. Later that day, I received a call from the owner. He knows about having a child away at school and wanted me to know he cares about taking care of people. Now my kid has a go-to place 250 miles away from home.

Darrell saved the day!!! Stopped in on a Saturday, frantically, as my check engine light on my Mercedes had gone off, Darrell took the time to look over my car and found out that it was just the cover to my gas tank!! So incredibly grateful!
I was drawn to this shop for their positive reviews. Shop told me to replace the spark plugs and coils. Knowing how easy that job was, I figured they could just do it. RED ALERT! I asked for the repair quote and was quoted $1000. For those who know, this job was as easy as screwing on a light bulb. It's a 30-minute job at most.
