I was drawn to this shop for their positive reviews. Shop told me to replace the spark plugs and coils. Knowing how easy that job was, I figured they could just do it. RED ALERT! I asked for the repair quote and was quoted $1000. For those who know, this job was as easy as screwing on a light bulb. It's a 30-minute job at most. I've worked with Blaine Quality for a number of years and can say that Darrell is fantastic! He continues to go out of his way to help me out when time is a factor and always does great work. Would definitely recommend his services!

Derrell went above in beyond to help me in a stressful situation. After being treated so poorly by Intoxalock customer service, Derrell made sure we spoke with the right person and got the correct work orders, in a timely matter (within the hour!) so I wouldn’t get in trouble for something outside of my control. I can’t recommend him enough, and will return in the future!
