I have been a client at Blaine eye clinic for 14 years. I've always loved coming there for myself and my oldest son because he needed eye surgery and they made it a wonderful experience.. but now that I have 3 children, its not as wonderful. They have a policy that states only 2 family members can have appointments on the same day which is super inconvenient for parent who have multiple kids and have to take time off work to bring their kids to the eye doctor. What impressed me with the Blaine Eye Clinic is they are very thorough with the exam, there is nothing rushed about it. The staff is very professional. As far as the visits, there is minimal waiting time, and they have a great facility.
Overall, I had a really great experience at Blaine Eye Clinic. The staff was incredibly friendly, inviting, and conversational, which made me feel comfortable right away. The lead doctor was thorough, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. The only minor areas for improvement would be explaining complex results in a bit more layman’s terms during the exam, and offering a digital takeaway or online portal report summarizing the diagnostics and visit findings.
