Wonderful customer service!!! I noticed a noise coming out of the indoors unit last night. I called in, expecting to leave a voice mail on an answering service. Instead Scott answered the phone. He was in his truck, so couldn’t write down my information. But he recognized my voice and remembered to call me first thing this morning.
