My fiance and myself had a wonderful experience with Angela and Bob at Blain Realty. It was our first time looking for and buying a home . They were very knowledgeable in all aspects of the process, teaching us as we went along. We have total trust in them and their company. We have already, and will continue to recommend Blain Realty to everyone we know and meet who are thinking of buying or selling a home.
I used Jeff at Blain Realty to sell my home. He listed it and had a contract for me in 2 days at above asking price. He was very professional, polite and easy to work with. I had a wonderful experience selling my home of 25 years, Jeff was there by my side even on moving day. I can not say enough about Jeff and Blain Realty. My daughter is using him as well and is very pleased.
This is in response to the Horrible Realtor comment. You are very wrong in your review of Blain Realty. I bought my first home from Bob, Angela and Jeff. They made buying a home fun, they were with me from start to finish and made sure the transaction went smoothly. They are very knowledgeable and gave me great resources. I would recommended them to anyone looking to purchase a home. When I am ready to sell this house and move up I will be giving them a call. Thanks guys for a job well done.
