Note the age of the positive reviews. The company was bought out by Washington based group last year, since then it has gone down the drain. I have been a customer for years. My family has used Blades of Green for two years now and we have spent well over 10 thousand dollars with them. Last May, they put us on a $100+ per month antifungal program (in addition to the hundreds of dollars in other lawn care programs we were on). Very Deceptive. Provided services never contracted or billed for since 2021 and when I went to cancel the contract (poor results & questionable extra charges)) they would not provide me with any contract, stating they are a non-contract company. Prior to canceling the contract, I went on the portal and reviewed my final payment. Upon cancelling, they closed the portal and billed me an extra $1103 for services performed I did not know about. Usurious to the max. Beware!!!!! They will lure you in with a special. Then when three years later your lawn still looks like s**t, and they keep raising their prices even as your lawn area (mine became 70% of the original size bc I just gave up and subbed in mulch and ground cover in more areas but the price kept climbing) you try to cancel they get you. I don't even know where to begin. I was a customer of 2 years for a lawn care program. In the beginning, they show up to your property with full force with lots of applications. You will see a difference in your lawn. After several months, their frequency of visits became less and less. After every visit, I got an email with a report of my service. I was worried about underground pests erupting holes in my lawn. I filed a request with Blades of Green for someone from BoG Pest service to take a look. A field tech was at my house within a few days, took a look, and left me a report/note about his findings. Since I have a contract with BoG (through Blades of Green), this ad-hoc service and report were free of cost to me. Blades of Green has provided exceptional services at different locations for me for more than 15 years. This company is honest, reliable, and professional. I have never had an unresolved issue with Blades of Green. I have used their full lawn services and pest control services. Their products work, and they provide superior follow up services. They arrive as promised and offer great pricing options. Their customer service department and field technicians are courteous and personable. Best of all, my lawn is picture-perfect!

Today I had an informative visit by BOG Technician, Dylan. As our pest situation is under control and almost gone I am very satisfied with the quality service BOG delivers every time. I appreciate the attentiveness Dylan had to ensuring customer satisfaction.
