5 Star did an excellent job on by backyard project.very professional and was always on time for our appointments. His crew also was easy to work with, professional, and on time. They not only laid sod in part of my yard but they did a brick walkway and brick garden edging. It was a lot of work as they had to use wheelbarrows to move everything into my backyard. The work was of high quality and would highly recommend 5 Star for any back yard project.
THE WORST BUSINESSMAN EVER. Walks off the job, threatens his employees and the customer. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, Shows up with the trailer 2/3 full and can't even do the job and expects to charge the customers for his incompetence! NEVER recommend him to another person! Unable to even discuss my dissatisfaction with his job because he was such a hot head!
Damion is the problem, not his employees. Says he quoted one amount which he didn't, said the job took 2 hours which it didn't. Said he wouldn't be treated that way by me?! I thought I was the customer. If they did it right the first time I wouldn't call him out. If he can't deal with picky/difficult people then he shouldn't be in customer service.
This business does not even deserve one star. My mother dealt with Damion Sgrenci, the owner, and he was aggressive with her. He refused to discuss and resolve a billing issue and became angry with her regarding her decisions with HER yard. He came across as incredibly controlling and the way he spoke to her was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Avoid this business at all costs!!!
