The purchase was easy and shipping was fast and efficient. Always a pleasure dealing with Blades. Fantastic selection second to none in Canada. Communication is fast and professional. Wish they’d add folders to their Amazon store, hate having to pay for shipping off their website.
Great service, amazing variety of products. Very friendly people, website very user-friendly, easy to checkout and fast delivery, my order was packaged very well. Overall Extremely happy. Got those very beautiful great quality tanto knives. Not my first order with Blades Canada.
The online selection is pretty amazing, the in store not as much. Overall I wish they had some more selection in the higher-end quality range, but I’ve found this store to have the best selection around! Prices are ok, never feel like I’m getting ripped off but definitely not finding a deal. Their sales section usually just includes knives with defects. The staff I’ve interacted with over the phone and in store have all been really kind and helpful, which always makes the experience nice! Overall, a great store!
Although not the lowest prices, they are quite competitive in pricing but their selection is great! Their service and shipping is great too! I’m not a big fan of their website though which is really the only fault they have but it’s really a minor fault. I’ve recently bought too many fancy knives (Spyderco) there and they’ve always been predictable. Their selection is really quite good but I do wish they had more customization parts. But I think that’s a business that should exist all on its own.
Great first in-store experience here. Came with an idea of what I wanted, but looked at a few suggestions from staff. They were patient, knowledgable and super helpful. Left with something even better than I'd hoped to find.
