Took my boys in there and blade (owner) was working! He gave my son a deal on his push button reel and was patient and kind with him! And experience I've had multiple times as I've got 3 boys! Great selection and great shop! Ill continue business there!
Though they had tons of stuff we only needed a few things the Blonde haired girl gave us tons of ideas on where to fish and what to use. Kind enuf to write it all down too! The customer service was above and beyond! We were only up that way for a couple of days appreciated the intel!
New to fishing the bay in the summer. Stopped by to pick up some things I thought I might need. Sales woman took the time to talk about what had been working well, a few areas to try and even the option to call back later in the day for an update on conditions. Above and beyond in the customer service department! Went out the next day and caught a few nice fish and had a great time with my dad and son.....can't ask for any more.
