They are typically a good dentist and on time but today was an horrible experience for me so I left! I already bad dentist ptsd / anxiety from Chadbourn dentist which they were aware of but today I arrived at 8:30am , called to the back at 8:35am ! Numbed my mouth at 8:45am , i went to the front at 9:40 to see what was going on, i left at 9:50am once nobody never came back to check on me and it was extremely cold inside of my room . I went to this dentist 4yrs ago and it was absolutely the worst experience of professionalism. I had to get a crown I had to get it done 3 times because of the color shade wasn’t matching. So I just finally accepted it and they made me sign a paper stating to satisfaction. The crown shade was off and the tooth wasn’t even white or in alignment with my other front tooth.
