Called to make an appointment as i recently learned i am pregnant! Nurse told me i had to get a pregnancy confirmation test from another medical facility then they would make me an appointment to come in their facility- make it make sense!

Nurse practitioner Ashley Graham Jones always treats me with compassion and respect. She gives me the time that I need to express my medical concerns. She also breaks down medical language into patient friendly terms for understanding. My appointments are never rushed the office. Staff is also very pleasant and always offer to me with appointment reminders. They also offered to see me early.
